Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

SHIPPING

  • Orders within Turkey are shipped via Yurtiçi Kargo.
  • Orders within export are shipped via Fedex Kargo.
  • Orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days after the order is placed.
  • If there is a delay in shipment, you will be informed via WhatsApp.
  • We ensure all necessary steps are taken to transport our products safely and securely.

DELIVERY

  • Please check if the packaging is damaged before accepting the package.
  • If there is any damage to the box, do not sign any delivery documents and ask the courier to take a report. Return the box or package to the courier without signing the form.
  • Make sure a report is taken, and do not accept the package if the box is damaged.
  • Pamuka.com.tr is not responsible for the damage or loss of products inside damaged boxes that are accepted.

ORDER STATUS

  • You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been shipped.
  • A tracking number will be sent to you via email to track your package.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • We ensure the products sent to you are in good condition and match your order.
  • We accept returns and exchanges only for full-priced products within 7 days from the date of purchase (Day 1 is the date the order is received).
  • Products to be returned or exchanged must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.
  • Products must also be in their original packaging.
  • The shipping fee for returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Pamuka reserves the right to decide whether the product is eligible for return or exchange, i.e., whether the product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all tags in place.
  • Products purchased during campaigns (e.g., discounts) cannot be returned or exchanged.
