All of our orders are shipped from our warehouse with either of the following carriers: FEDEX or UPS . Which carrier we use depends on timings of your order

Delivery & Cancellation

Once the order has been placed, PAMUKA will send you an order confirmation, followed by a tracking e-mail once the package has been sent. Delay might occur on international shipping, if the package is held at customs.
In general International shipments to be delivered in 3-7 days.

Depending on the country, and also order details, the shipping rates are vary. Please check your country specific rates by entering your address on "checkout" screen
We cannot reroute packages or change the contents of your orders, once they have been shipped, so please ensure your shipping details, personal information, and selected items are accurate at the time of checkout.
Please make sure to choose whether you would like to receive your order directly to your house or via a local pick-up point. Be aware that for some countries/territories the option of having your parcel delivered to a pick-up point is not possible.
If your package has been delivered to a collection point, please make sure to collect it in time, before it is returned to our warehouse. If your package is returned to our warehouse, it cannot be re-sent and PAMUKA will not cover the shipping costs. You will have to cover the shipping costs in such circumstances.

International Orders and Taxation

Pamuka follows the applicable tax and customs regulations of the destination country for international orders. Any VAT, import duties, or other customs fees imposed by the receiving

country are the responsibility of the customer.
These additional charges may be requested by local authorities upon delivery of your order. Failure to pay these fees may result in your order being held at customs or returned to us.
Pamuka is not responsible for any such additional taxes or customs procedures.If you refuse to pay the applicable taxes or customs duties, your order will be canceled and returned.
However, any shipping costs and customs clearance fees incurred during the return process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
